This film has given me great colors for night shooting, and has been shown to have excellent reciprocity characteristics. You can make exposures of up to 128 seconds (that's over two _minutes_) without needing to make any corrections for reciprocity failure. Like all slide films, it has much narrower exposure latitude than negative film, which make it challenging to use, but when you nail the exposure the results are brilliant.

I'm new to positive reversal films, but I had no trouble with this brand. I'm still getting used to the light sensitivity, but as long as I add an extra stop or bracket its fine. The low cost is no bearing on the quality. It provides great color balance for scanning compared to negative film. Processing was simple and trouble free.

I use this film for outdoor casual photography (friends, family, and some landscape). It projects well using Super Slides (2 x 2). When processed carefully and accurately, the colors are true and at times very rich! I always seem to come back to this film.

I find Provia pretty neutral and consistent. I like it best projected, although scans also display well. It is slide film, so it is best used in evenly lit scenes. What I like about this film is I can keep the camera loaded and use it in just about any situation.

I've tested out a number of slide films with the goal in mind to cross-process the film. The Provia films come out the best by far. I get more consistent, excellent color. If you are interested in cross-processed film, Fuji Provia is a great bet.

just after buying a few boxes of this magical film, I received 3 more boxes as a birthday gift from a friend. (THAT'S SOME FRIEND!!)
although I only use it as a cross processed film, from the desert, to the ocean to the sky I am always amazed with it's results. I'm sure some would turn their heads to my results, but some of it's imperfections (partially my fault) become it's loveliest strongpoints for me! always in at least one of my cameras, one of my cars, and always make sure there is some staying cool in the fridge.
can't wait for my next pick-up of prints!!!

In combination with my Zeiss lenses, this film gives me a wonderful, rich, and often dreamy quality. I use for documentary/portrait photography. Scans beautifully on my Nikon Coolscan 9000. In a low-light situation, I use Provia 400X. Highly recommend both films.
