I use it mostly outdoor (landscape, building, etc) but performs very well in studio as well. Very low grain level, can be scanned quite well and sharp. As usual the vivid green is characteristic to Fuji products.

I used to think Velvia was the LF colour film of choice for accurate colour and vivid representation, now I have matured to realise that saturation is not always what you want. Provia has the ability to give accurate colour rendition with incredible detail. While it doesnt saturate colour like velvia it allows you to shoot in contrasty situations, capturing the hilights as well as shadow detail that velvia cannot, and that is the bonus. A film that gives a true rendition of colour and 2 extra stops of lattitude.
