The Comet CBW1222T-PS Multi-Voltage World Travel Kit features an extremely lightweight and compact power pack. The CBW1200 power pack has auto bracketing, 1/6 EV asymmetrical power adjustment over a 3 f-stop range, and proportional modeling lamp control. Also built in, is a switchable optical slave cell. The 100% recycle charge has both visual and audible indicators. The power supply is fan cooled.
The CB25H flash head was designed primarily for the location photographer who demands equipment of minimal size and weight. The flash head has a white diffusion dome which gives an acurate preview from the bright, 250W halogen modeling lamp. Fan cooling provides increased protection under the most demanding of circumstances.
For ease of packing, the CB25H features a completely detachable lamphead cable.
Add light stands and a travel case of your choice, and this 2 head 1200 w/s kit can be used anywhere in the world where AC power is available.
- Auto Bracketing
- When selected, automatically adjusts the light output from the power pack in 0.3 stop increments
- Audible Recycle
- Switchable acoustic signal beeps when unit is fully recycled.
- Precise Control
- The 13 position click stop switch varies the power output from full to .25 power in precise 1/6 stop increments.
- Asymmetrical Distribution
- Power is available to the 2 head outlets in symmetrical, or asymmetrical 1:2 distribution.

By simply rotating a dial on the head, the flashtube and diffuser assembly telescopes forward and backward to allow a change in light coverage and concentration of the hot spot, similar to focusing a mag-lite flashlight.
A full array of 9 reflectors and various light-controlling accessories are available.
