I use Motorola radios for communication between crewmembers when on video shoots. When our hands are otherwise occupied with cameras, lighting, and audio, this remote speaker/mic makes portable radios more efficient and useful. This product works perfectly, with good transmission and reception.

This attaches to a Motorola Talkabout with an M6 connector. Care should be taken to not snap the connector as I did with a previous microphone (different brand).
This does not have an 1/8" output for an earbud. It is strong enough to be heard on a crowded playground, yet can be turned down enough to not get attention and still be heard clearly in a church.
The cable is a bit short, requiring it be be stretched out before each use, but than again, I'm 6' 5" and carry the radio on my belt.
A big plus is the all-*metal* clip that allows easy, secure attachment.
