Comments about Sony MDR-7505 Supra-Aural Closed-Back Stereo Headphones:
I'm a field tech for a news network and use MDR-7505 in cold, wind, rain not only for great sound but protect my ears from the elements. They're comfortable, durable, and easy to maintain. My only negative point is after years of use the ear casing start to flake but easy to replace.

I use this for audio recording for video. The phones fold up, pack in an included soft bag. Strong curly lead doesn't tangle. Has small jackplug, with a converter to 1/4".

Great sounding headphones.I am a freelance soundman and my clients just want the job done, they don't want to hear excuses or bad sound. These sony headsets work toward that end, if there is a wireless issue I will know right away.

Comments about Sony MDR-7505 Supra-Aural Closed-Back Stereo Headphones:
Solid headphones. I have always liked Sony products and this is no exception. However, like most headphones, they are apparently made for a man's head and not a woman's...so a bit large.

I've used these before and already own a pair of Sony MDR-7509HDs. I needed a pair a little lighter and these fit the bill. I swear by the Sony headsets. They are great.

Comments about Sony MDR-7505 Supra-Aural Closed-Back Stereo Headphones:
I use the product for movies, music and whenever I can't use loud speakers, and these work great!
-> great sound, comfortable on the ears if a bit tight, very sturdy
cons: very heavy and long cable that will annoy you most of the time, but since these should be used for music production and not portability guess I can't berate them too much
Overall: A great piece for the price!

Comments about Sony MDR-7505 Supra-Aural Closed-Back Stereo Headphones:
I use these headphones to monitor audio and video recordings and editing projects. They fit well around the ears and the audio quality is pretty good. Solid construction and the cord is pleanty long enough for me. I wear glasses and they get tight after a while but I have not found a pair of over/on the ear headphones that don't. My iPod sounds great through them!

My 7505s are nine years old and still running strong! I do a great deal of recording (vocals and instruments) and these phones produce extrordinary accuracy... I urge everyone needing no nonsense high performance transducers to get these phones at once!

Comments about Sony MDR-7505 Supra-Aural Closed-Back Stereo Headphones:
These are the best headphones I have ever owned. The sound is as good as the bigger MDR-7506's, but the unit is a bit smaller and fits my head nicer. They also stay on better if I shake my head. They are a little easier to travel with than larger monitors. The band is rubber coated and overall they seem pretty durable. I've had mine for 6 years and they still feel and sound great and look new.
