bought this and saw a small difference in the softness of light from the bowens beauty dish. kinda flimsy and easy to bend. expensive add on and while it does soften the light a bit more im not totally convinced its cost effective.

It can bent (it is not hard to bend) but after a little mussle it is OK. Even though I would recommend this, it works fine.. but storing it & transporting it be careful.
