Remember the Essentials
A lamp, ballast, ballast cable, and stand are required but not included with this light. Please be sure to purchase the lamp to match the scene you will be lighting, a ballast and ballast cable to power the light, as well as a stand to mount this light on.
After the enormous popularity of the Joker-Bug 200 and 400, the Joker-Bug 800 full f-stop increment seemed logical. It provides twice the output of the 400. The Joker-Bug 800 is comparable to a 3200/4000W quartz fixture but with a power draw of only 12.5 Amps.
It is very powerful in daylight interiors and can operate in any position including pointing straight down. The Joker-Bug 800 offers the most flexible optical configuration for location lighting.
Power supply and HMI bulbs must be purchased separately.
- Optional ccessories include lenses (SW,W,M,FF), color correction glass, speed rings, barndoor, SofTube and the Frosted Beaker.
- Aluminum casting, high temperature black epoxy, striker compartment is clear anodized.
