Comments about Hakuba KLU-08 15x Fine Loupe:
This is a great little loupe for the cost.
It's very sharp in the middle, with good contrast.
However, this is a small, budget, fixed focus, high magnification loupe and there is slight softness, distortion, and color fringing on the edges.
This is very slight and not enough to bother me, but I'd recommend a good, focusable, sharp, aspheric (free of visible distortion), fully coated (highest contrast), full frame 4x loupe for your main loupe, and a good higher power one (like this) for checking at high magnification for local details.

Comments about Hakuba KLU-08 15x Fine Loupe:
Wanted some tool to analyze 35mm negatives.
Does exactly what you need it for. Quite powerful, quality/price is fine.
