Seems to be of solid construction, I have one of each of my par-56 cans. Of ourse this is an essential safety measure for all hanging lights, if for no other reason than the safety of the people below.

These safety cables work great on all types of fixtures. They are long enough to work with fixtures when you need to mount them in unusual positions such as on top of the light bar and your power whip is a little short.
