This Altman 575 watt Magnetic Ballast is a dual voltage ballast able to operate at 120-200 volts , drawing 7.5 amps when operating at 120 volts and 3.5 amps at 220 volts. Convection cooled, with double insulation, 3 button selector -- On, Off, and Remote.
- A magnetic ballast is an economic alternative to an electronic ballast, when increased weight, size and operating noise level are not crucial during use.
- Recessed, bi-polar main circuit breaker.
- Heavy gauge stainless steel housing, low profile handle.
