Kata PEC-2 Portable Editor Case
The Kata PEC 2 Portable Editor Case is designed to store and carry a Panasonic AJ-LT75, AJ-LT85, AJ-LT95 or a Philips DCR-75 or DCR-85 portable digital editor. It allows the work to be done under a variety of field conditions while the editor remains protected in the case, whether in use or not. It uses Toblerone shock absorbers to protect the case from impact, abrasion, dirt, mud and standing water. It has a bright yellow interior, so that the contents can be viewed with ease and a rain cover is included to protect the editor from the elements.
There are 4 different carrying options: the editor's integral handle, a shoulder strap, the Omega Hidden Backpack System and an optional DTS Insertrolley. Two optional straps; the APSS-4-DCC or the NSS-4-DCC are also available.

- Omega hidden backpack system consists of 2 structured, padded, concealed straps and a waist belt for back carrying
- A Rain Cover with an integral pocket provides full covered access to handle and shoulder strap is included
- D-Rings to secure the editor to a work surface (e.g., car seat or device in a van)
- Toblerone shock absorbers are made from synthetic thermo-rubber that absorbs shocks and protects the case from abrasion, dirt, mud and standing water.
