Installation was easy. I ordered the extra hooks so that I could put several backdrops on the mover and it does exactly what I want it to do. I am going to order another set next week to place at the other end of the studio to increase my backdrop variety.

There were no directions, so we just used our best judgement and it came out okay. We had to add some extra support to the ceiling where the turns were in order to have something solid to screw it to. Adding extra clips to the muslin made a lot easier to move around. When the clips were spaced too far apart, it would get "hung up" quite a bit. Once we added them, it was would slid nice and smooth. The gliders are just plastic, so I'm hoping that they hold up.

works great with muslins and other material backdrops...i have it mounted to a 9.5 ft high drop ceiling and it was an easy project for me by myself ...i am a little handy that always helps..but basically screw it in place and you are ready !! no issues yet

This product was easy to install and use. The rollers get hung up on the transitions every once in a while but are easy to get free. I shopped for a system to do the same thing for a while and for a way to make my own and found it much more expensive when you ordered all parts individually.

B&H had the best price and it comes as a kit so you have everything you need.

Installation notes: It is a lot of up and down the ladder, you will drill the holes in the metal to match where to screw into the ceiling. We had to cut the track to fit and found that you need to file the edge after cutting so that the curtain will move easily over that transition. Best to have two people to hang system but it can be done by one person.

Only draw back is you have to drill holes in racks yourself, My husband did this very easily, and there are not enough movers and clips for the unit, i need 5 more packs of each at least and they are [$] a set. I wish there was some kinda package deal 100 movers and clips for 80.00.

This was installed in a small home studio. Works well, a bit of a pain to put up. Hangs up occasionally on the joints, but not bad enough to be a problem. Allows me to use more backgrounds in much less time. Would definitely buy again.

I am converting my garage into a photo studio. Ceiling height is almost 10 feet. I use this muslin mover in combination with the Manfrotto Expan System. Expan mounted to the wall and muslin mover mounted in front of it on the ceiling. Muslin mover track is very easy to install in spite of the complete lack of mounting instructions. Rollers work OK, but they sometimes don't go over the joints very smoothly. Overall, this works as expected. The only drawback is the price. [$] for just 7 pieces of track and a few rollers. Outragious when you think that it's just a few chunks of aluminum extrusion... probably cost them less than $5.00 to produce. But it's the only game in town as they say.

Easy to install, and even easier to use. The Muslin mover is a system that every studio should own. I used about 15 clips per drop so that there were no wrinkles, so be sure to order extra clip when ordering.

I've never had more usable space in my studio before this track system and my sessions are flowing better with less waiting for background changes. It would have been nice to have the ceiling screws come with the system.

This allows us to hand more backgrounds and wrap them to the side of our main backgrounds that hang from a Bogen system.

It is a simple system and it works as expected. I mounted mine to a sheetrock ceiling using expansion anchors. It was a bit of a pain to do by myself. I recommend a helper to hold the rail while you position and drill. For the material involved, the cost should be less. Unfortunately, I could find nothing similar for a lower cost.

Love it - keeps the muslins neat and close to the wall - we installed it in a drop ceiling. It was pretty simple to do. Sending some instructions with the kit would have been nice but we figured it out.
