Lightweight and slim and at only 1" in width, it is very comfortable on your neck. The quick release buckles allow flexibility and easy removing in situations when the strap is not needed. Color: Silver Flames

Comments about Tamrac N-40 Slim Soft Quick Release Strap (Silver Flame):
I like this Tamrac N-40 strap because of the small buckles and because the buckles are very close to the ends of the straps - so it doesn't get in your way when you want to use the camera without the strap attached to it.

Comments about Tamrac N-40 Slim Soft Quick Release Strap (Silver Flame):
The first reason I had for looking into aftermarket straps for my Canon D-SLRs was to put on a nice little custom touch. At any big event I'd freelance everybody and their brother had that big Canon strap that came with the camera. I bought it for that reason and would have been satisfied with the value on that merit alone. The silver flames look great. What I didn't figure on was how very comfortable this strap is on the neck! As comfortable and familiar as your favorite blue jeans right out of the package. The strap is very flexible and supple; the suede lining is super soft. Tamrac straps are designed specifically for one purpose or another. Some have pads to grip your shoulder while others are narrow to be worn around your neck. The strap Canon provides works for either carry mode but is much stiffer and abrasive on the neck. Also, the Tamrac QR buckles allow me to store the camera and strap separately which I find very convenient. As a final benefit, this Tamrac strap is made in the good ol' USA. Nothing beats that!
