This is a well-made, sturdy piece of kit that provides good protection and access to your gear and is easy to carry.
BUT...I just don't see it being able to hold the maximum amount it claims to be able to. In mine I have a Canon EOS-450D body with attached battery grip, 18-55mm kit lens, 50mm f1.8 prime, 55-250mm zoom and a Metz A-48 flash plus assorted bits and bobs (cleaning kit, USB cable, battery charger, cards) and it's full. ONE SLR body and a couple of lenses -no problem and very comfortably done.
But TWO SLR bodies and a maximum of 8 lenses?? No way.
Excellent for what it is, but the manufacturer's description is plain wrong in terms of load capability. For that I have to knock a star off what is otherwise a 5 star rating.

Not Nearly Able To Hold What Is Claimed
Stating this bag holds two bodies and 5-8 lenses is stretching the truth, similar to how Ford tells you your car will get 30 mpg, but you only get 18.
Stating this bag holds two bodies and 5-8 lenses is stretching the truth, similar to how Ford tells you your car will get 30 mpg, but you only get 18.
I can barely fit my 30D, 17-85mm lens, 70-200mm lens and flash in it. In fact, with this bag, I often need to carry a separate lens case for the 70-200mm lens, and a tripod bag for my Slik 700DX.
I guess you have to weigh your options. I have friends with Associated Press who carry duffel bags of equipment to an assignment and I don't envy a minute of what that must be like.
It's a good bag that can hold a portion of your arsenal, and be lighter for it, but it won't hold as much as it claims.

We shopped around local retailers but all the bags in this price range were disappointing. My search ended at B&H. Love this bag! Big enough for alot of stuff, but not too bulky. Very well made. When you have an expensive camera and all the extras, you want to protect it plus have quick access for thos impromptu moments. Perfect bag for our needs!

Quality of this bag is excellent. The only thing I was disappointed in was the amount of room on the inside. There is no way I could get 2 camera bodies and 5-8 lenses in this bag.

The product itself is of good quality. Only that the description should be clearer. It says that the bag can hold two bodies and 5-8 lenses. I have a mark II with two lenses (28-300, 70-200) which do not fit in. Do not say I have other two lenses.

Comments about Canon Gadget Bag 10EG:
I bought this bag for my 60d with 18-200 mm lens kit. I was confused between canon 2400 and this bag. I am glad i ordered this gadget bag. It is a great looking bag with tons of space for your camera stuff, pretty sturdy built too. It holds my 60d with lens attached to it, lens hood, battery charger, my camcorder with the charger. It has still some space left. In all it's a pretty good bag.

Looking for a bag to hold what I use the most. My 5D Mark II, 50mm, wide angle lens and flash. This was perfect, now I can grab and go. outside pockets hold the small items like battery charger, and flash cards.

Comments about Canon Gadget Bag 10EG:
Works well for transporting my gear. It can be a little cumbersome at times. It definitely does not hold 5-8 lenses with two cameras in the bag. It doesn't have that much room for accessories after i put 2 cameras and 2 lenses in the bag. It definitely is water repellent i know that for a fact. It has plenty of padding, so it definitely will protect your gear.

We needed a gear bag to be used by lots of untrained hands in a busy coastal theater. Lots of salt air, fog, and on-the-water shooting. This bag is great, lots of zippered, protected pockets and water repellent.

I love my new camera bag. My Rebel XT with lens and 2 extra lenses fit nicely. I also have some room left over for other technology needed.

CANON 10EG GADGET BAG, REASONABLY PRICED, HANSOME APPEARANCE WITH GREEN ACCENT.PLENTY OF ROOM FOR MY CANON XTI, TWO TELEPHOT0 LENSES, BATTERIES, FILTERS, CF CARDS AND OTHER ASSORTED DOODADS. NOT TOO LARGE, SEPERATE COMPARTMENTS AND STRONG SNAPS, CLOSURES BUCKLES ETC. GENEROUS PADDING, ONCE AGAIN I STUCK WITH THE CANON NAME AND WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Loads of storage, able to change the supports around to carry extra lens.
It is built very stong and well padded.
I use this bag for Wildlife Photo shooting. Carry it across my body with all my extras while in the field. It is designed to carry the tripod on the bottom as well. Wonderful working bag..And the price? No other bag comes close. I shopped other online and local stores near me. Feel I saved $10.00 to $110.00. Always good to save.

Well made bag with good color combination. Light weight material. Will hold One Camera Body, Three Lenses (not longer than 6.5 inches and Diameter not more than 52 to 62mm) and One Flash unit/another Lens. There is enough room in the exterior pockets for Batteries, Charger, Filters and various other accessories that you might carry. Basically a nice looking, well functioning bag for a small Slr Camera.

The cannon deluxe bag is an incredible bag with a lot of room for all my camera gear. Excellent bag for any digital camera. Well made, and reasonablypriced.I like two side pockets with zipper around the top, keeping nothing from falling out.And another thing i like the main compartment flap covers with zipper around nicely and very secure.I would recommend this bag to others. I am very happy with it [...]

Heavy duty design. Stitching is well done all around. I could fit my DSLR and my 35 mm camera in here. This is a great item for storing lots of small accessories.

[...]it wasn't what I was looking for. It would be great for someone who who needs a bag for smaller lenses. The bag seems to be of quality construction, but the inner dimensions do not allow for a whole lot of gear, and nothing of any size really.
