The Bonica Neon Slave Strobe is a powerful underwater strobe light that will enhance the image quality in poor lighting conditions. It also reduces the backscatter that normally will occur when using a camera with a built-in flash. It works with any underwater camera that has a built-in flash, and fits the Bonica Sea King Snapper and the Handy Snapper perfectly.
The Neon Strobe Light has dual sensors which allows the strobe to fire simultaneously when the camera flashes without the need of a sync cord.
Double silicone seal rings give better protection from water leakage.

I have used this strobe for about 4 years with a digital camera and have never had a problem with it. However I would recommend a diffuser lens to cover the flash because the light is so strong and I would advise a reflector on the camera housing because the strobe sensors are at the bottom of the strobe. I have had this down to 45 meters several times.

I use the product for macro work, very good results.
The price was very good for such a versatile strobe, very easy to use.
Over all you get what you pay for, the strobe is fantastic for the price. I am going to buy another one for extra light.

I used only 3 times,did not exceed 100 ft,the on/off knob does not working.
The slave inside the strobe,on 1 housing above water worked fine,underwater just did not fired the flash.
