The Beyerdynamic TG X58 is a supercardioid dynamic vocal microphone that was designed to bring out the beauty of vocals and instuments in the unforgiving world of live performance. The TG X58 features an internal "pop" filter that greatly reduces unwanted noise caused by plosive sounds. It has a really handy lockable On/Off switch and the cardioid polar pattern reduces off-axis sound, eliminating feedback caused by monitors. The barrel is finished with a soft lacquer coating making the microphone comfortable to handle.
- Supercardioid Pattern
- The supercardioid pattern effectively minimizes sound at the off-axis sections of the element. This reduces noise and feedback caused by monitors.
- Internal Pop Filter
- The TG X58 features an internal wind and pop filter, reducing wind and "pop" noise.
- Lacquer Coated Barrel
- The lacquer coated barrel is both comfortable to handle and useful in broadcast as it non-reflective and easily camouflaged.
- On/Off Switch
- A lockable On/Off switch adds the convenience of control.
