Comments about Photoflex Umbrella Kit:
good, solid stands with a wide footprint plus they are black
umbrellas are very well made, big enough to be useful and convertible.
bag is big enough to store the whole kit.
as a strobist kit, this is a bit over the top but then, the stands are plenty solid to hold a monolight and large sotbox should one move up to that.
Comments about Photoflex Umbrella Kit:
This is a fantastic product! I bought it in person at the B&H store in Manhattan, and compared the build quality to others that were more more expensive, and could not believe the quality and value in the Photoflex product for the money.
The umbrellas are also very well built, and work wonderfully!
Highly recommended!
Comments about Photoflex Umbrella Kit:
I purchased this kit in December 2007 and it is a very goodstarter kit, I use it with my 2 SB-600 flashes and it worksquite well. The light stands are good quality and theumbrellas are very good. Not the lightest (weight wise) kitone could get but still a very good bargain considering whatsome of the local shops (to me) want for a similar kit.White umbrellas my be preferable to some but for usingflashes as strobes silver gives a better kickback.
