I didn't even know that I needed this until a fellow photographer asked if I had one. So on his advice I ordered it and love love love it! I am a "outdoor on location" photographer and my lens gets dirtier then expected! Using this cool tool for 30 seconds and whoo hoooooo all clean! Its a must for any photographer. (hobby or otherwise!)

I have found my LensPens to be indispensable tools for quick lens cleaning. They are easy to carry on any kind of photo shoot. The brush retracts in and out effortlessly and quickly so you never have to miss a shot simply because small debris or dust has gotten on the lens. Smears on the lens are quickly removed with the cleaning element on the opposite end. The element seems to last forever. I've mostly needed to replace the pen only because I misplaced it during a shoot! Fortunately they are priced competitively enough that having a spare in my case is easily affordable. I wouldn't go without a couple of them in my camera bag at all times.

The retractable brush is very handy and the cleaner tip removes most everything else. Occasionally a little moisture by breathing on the filter or lens helps remove any stubborn areas.

I had never owned one of these lens pens before last week. I should have bought one years ago, this is a very easy and effective tool for keeping optics free of dust and smudges.

Can't believe I never had one of these things before! Yes, I still use lens cleaner if I have stubborn spot (water drop, etc), but for 95% of any lens cleaning I now use this. Great for using on my bino's too. Love it!

We've used this product for years. We shoot Wedding Video's on Kauai, Hawaii and have lots of saltwater spray, sand and rain to deal with. Most of our weddings are outdoors and on a beach. This tool allows us to swiftly clean our lenses throughout our wedding shoots. A must have for any event videographer.

I purchased this pen 6 months ago and it is indispensable! I don't go photoing without it. I loved it so much I bought my son one for Christmas. I do a lot of nature photography and I am always getting vegetation debris on my filters or lens. There is no better way to remove this stuff than with a quick flick with the lens pen.

I love this tool! I use it to remove fingerprints from my lens...yes, no matter how hard I try not to, I sometimes touch the lens when I put the lens cap on. The LensPen removes finger oil, and other smears easily, and leaves no detectible residue. I would definitely recommend using this in tandem with an air blower to remove any dust that may scratch the lens before using the LensPen. It is great for removing dust that may accumulate between the body and optics. The only negative I can think of is that the brush, when retracted, is still open to contaminants. I blow off the brush before extracting it to alleviate adding contaminants to the lens.

I find the hardest thing to get cleaned off the lens is smudges from finger prints. The LensPen removes them in seconds.

Just use the brush end to sweep away any dust. Next, half a twist of the cap before removing, small circles on the lens with the felt end and the lens looks like new! Works great everytime.

I keep a LensPen in a my camera bag at all times. Plus airline security allows the LensPen in carry on luggage but not the liquid solutions.

I used a friends Lenspen while in Hawaii and loved it. So glad to find one at a good price that works great. Gets the lens cleaned way better then a cloth.

This is much easier to use than a lens tissue and solution. The pen is fast and easy.

If your lens is extremely dirty, breathe on it (like the box says) and then wipe with the pen to clean.

Only drawback is that the rubber tip sometimes folds, causing a streak. Then you have to reposition and clean the streak off.

Other than that, this is an awesome product.
