This extra 50ft gives me 300 feet of total cable for my system. My company does live switch television broadcast often using 5 camera positions even shooting in the round. Glad these cables attach to each other.

Not much to say here, other than this is a product that does what it needs to do. It expands the range of the Bescor MP-101, and it works perfectly. If you need 50 ft (or more) extension to the original head, this is the cable for you.

What good is a remote pan/tilt if you can't operate by remote? The short cord remote that comes with the MP-101 isn't good for much. I use a 12 ft jib, or can put the pan/tilt on a tripod, then run 50 ft cables for pan/tilt; monitor; and camera operation via Lanc. Now I have a true remote controlled system. Use 2 of these, each 50 ft out on each side, then I manually control another camera and can do a 1 man, three camera shoot!

We offer low altitude aerial photography as one of the many photography & video services we provide. We typically shoot 50 - 75' in the air and connecting a few of these extensions allows for maximum height and ability to control from ground level. Easy to connect... Plug in and that's it!

I am using the remote as part of a boom arm. It now gives me flexibility with the boom so I can pan and move tilt the camera even a little. The extension made it possible to use the pan head on the boom.
