I use it every time I want to be with friends on pictures, and I don't want to exclude people. Very great tripod. Fits easily in a pocket.
Only one con: in full portrait mode (camera tilted 90 degrees), the camera tends to fall on uneven surfaces (well, it's a mini tripod after all, I wouldn't expect it to do miracles). However, one can easily take a self portrait of himself with the tripod on a table or something.

We use this tripod to hold our Cannon digital when we need to take close ups of computer screens in one part of our operation. They are older monitors that are just about 6"height to the center of the screen. This tripod is perfect for that application.

This tripod is used in two ways, one obviously as a mini tripod. But the second us is with my Canon G11 camera as a handle. With the tripod properly attached and the legs collapsed, it is a very convenient handle below the camera for bracing as well as shooting. This method is also very convenient for ease of carrying the camera. I'm sure this method would be comfortable and useful with many small cameras. To me, it works great with the G11.

Good for bugs eye view shots... Also, useful for tabletop shots. I used it with a Canon Powershot G10 so the weight of the camera was not too much for this min tripod. Was stable and worked well considering it is a mini tripod and not very expensive. Handy to have fits in your pocket. ;-)
