Alesis RA150 Stereo Power Amplifier - 45W per Channel into 8 Ohms
Despite the increasing popularity of powered speakers, many speakers and headphones still require external amplification. The RA150 is designed to provide more power and better performance, at a lower overall cost per watt than the earlier RA100. As a result, it can more closely match the power needs of virtually any passive speaker or studio monitor, and provides a crisp, clean signal for outstanding performance and extended speaker life.
Designed for studio use, the RA150 amp incorporates advanced convection cooling for heat dissipation. The result is long, stable operation unaffected by heat-related complications, and without the added distraction and annoyance of fan cooling. This eliminates the frustration of trying to hear quieter details due to noisy amp performance.

I really have absolutely nothing bad to say about this amp for the price. Powers a pair of Alesis Monitor One's beautifully. I really like the way this thing looks, personally. I was glad to discover it has very pronounced position clicks so you can make sure each channel is set identically. I would definitely recommend this amp for anyone on a budget needing something in this power range.
