Lastolite Collapsible Reflector - 20" Circular - Sunfire/White
Lastolite's original range of collapsible reflectors has set standards for others to follow. In addition to the lifetime guarantee on reflector rims, Lastolite has also upgraded the rim tape to create a stronger, longer lasting reflector.
Sunfire - A subtle mixture of silver and gold is excellent at adding just a hint of color.
White - Soft, pure light, particularly for wedding and general portraiture. Also used as a dense diffuser.

This works for a portrait or 2-shot, and I find that white usually gives the best result for fill. Shooting at sunset, the sunfire (silver/gold combo) might also be useful. This folds very easily to a compact circle, so you can keep it with you, and in many situations, you can use this instead of a flash to provide fill.

Reflects light wonderfully. You can brighten up a whole room with some direct light from the window.
Also works great when bouncing light from an external flash with the camera on remote trigger.
Easy to carry around, great for when you are on the go and need to soften up some hard shadows.

I like this reflector itself, but it is a bit difficult to fold back up again and fit in the carry pouch. The two different sides offer nice light, and it is a nice size for travel.
