The product is a little tricky than you would imagine. Instructions aren't included, so you have to figure out how the product works best for you.
I learned, after playing with it for 20 minutes in my black bag, that it is best to situate the opener on the cassette with both hands, then hold the middle of the cassette with your non working hand. Once I got the hang of it, I loved it.
