The Billingham Hadley Shoulder Bag, Small (Black, with Black Leather Trim) is a waterproof canvas bag with a photo insert included. The bag can double as a soft briefcase by removing the insert. Constructed of waterproof canvas with high-density closed-cell foam throughout, it has a thin profile and a compressible nature to let the weight always stay close to your torso. There are two gusseted front pockets that expand and close with quick-acting press studs. Insides are divided, and you can rearrange them as needed, or you can remove the padding to make the Hadley a conventional bag.

Bag is big enough For a Entry Level SLR with a Standard Zoom Attached. You can also have a separate Smaller Telephoto in it as well.

Although this bag is a bit small for a pro DSLR, it works great for multiple compacts or rangefinders. The padding is removable, and becomes a standard messenger bag when you do. The quick releases make it easy to open the bag quickly. And, most important, there is NO VELCRO!

All that has been said is true about the brand and its bags. I just feel that the bag is kind of squarish, because of the padding. This is my only peeve (and it is a small one). I wish the bag would conform more to the body. I know you can remove the padding. Maybe they could offer thinner ones. I am thinking of maybe adapting my own. LIke that it does not look like a regular bag. I hope it lasts me a lifetime. Bought it for my new x100 and ricoh GR1v

I purchased this bag for use with a Leica rangefinder kit that consists of 2 camera bodies, three lenses, light meter, film and a journal. I found the bag to be perfectly suited for my intended purpose. It is well built, water resistant and expandable. The equipment is easily accessible in well-padded compartments.

Good quality bag that can double up as a normal duffle bag. Might be a bit small for some, but great for standard dslr with kit lens, and some additional small items. If you want a camera bag that doesnt look like a camara bag, this is a great option.

It replaced my canon rebel bag that i got when i my camera... fits one dslr with my 24-70 on it and a 50mm and a 240 speedlite.

I use this bag every day as a handbag/camera bag. It gives me more room than the Pola or the Digital Hadley, and the front pockets are especially convenient for items I need to keep handy (keys, wallet). My G11 is well protected, and I use another divider so I've got an area just for my iPhone with an open area in the middle of the bag for whatever. As with my other Billingham bags, this one is well made and attractive, and doesn't necessarily look like a camera bag. There's room for plenty of accessories if I choose to carry them and use it more for a camera bag.
