Billingham SP15 Leather Shoulder Pad - for Billingham 1.5" Wide Shoulder Straps (Black)
The Billingham SP15 Shoulder Pad is made for bags with 1.5" wide straps that do not include them or as a replacement. It is an oversized 3mm top grain leather padded shoulder pad with closed cell foam padding and a neoprene gripper to provide comfort and grip. The strap attaches under loops that use a press stud to close.

I use this with a Billingham Hadley Small. With it, the bag balances well on one shoulder, without the need to wear the strap across the body. Highly recommended!

This shoulder pad does a great job of keeping my Hadley Pro camera case on my shoulder at all times. No slippage or strap cutting into your shoulder after a day of shooting on the run. I only wish that, at the price point of the camera bag, that this item should have been included with the purchase.

My used Hadley Small came with no shoulder pad and I was reluctant to add one, imagining it would resemble typical shoulder pads. Finally tired of frequent adjustments, I splurged and was surprised by the quality (perfect fit, does not slip at all on the strap) and utility (lets me forget I'm carrying the bag, makes it easier to pick up the bag).
