Love this bag!!! I've owned 5 rolling camera bags before and this is by far my favorite!!! Holds all of my gear!!! The best part is that the pockets are so deep! I also love that it that it is a side opening. I can fit one camera with my 50mm and the other camera with the 70-200.
Seriously LOVE this bag!!! Worth the price!!!
Plus, it fit perfectly as a carry on for the airplane!!!

Good for pro traveling shooter that does not check cameras under plane. Wish case was slightly wider to accommodate full height of canon bodies. Accommodates 3 Canon bodies, 5 lenses and few accessories.

Comments about Tamrac 692 LP2 Big Wheels Rolling Strongbox (Black):
I replaced a mid sized hip pack with a Tamrac Expedition 4 back pack because I needed more room. When my equipment out-grew the back pack I thought about buying a larger back pack. Then it dawned on me,why not use the smallish but versatile Expedition 4 back pack on short jaunts through the wilderness and buy a rolling case that will hold all my gear with room for any new gear I may add in the future. Enter the Tamrac 692 Big Wheels Rolling Strong Box. This case holds my Canon 5D Mark II,a 24-105f4,100mm f2.8 macro,70-200f4,100-400mm all with their hoods reversed and a EX430 flash unit with ample room to grow. There are two mesh interior pockets that are divided into three compartments each giving a total of six individual storage compartments that hold all of my tools and cleaning gear along with spare batteries and off shoe flash cord, filter wrenches and remote shutter release. On the outside the large pocket intended for a lap top that I use to carry all of the manuals along with a Cotton Carrier Holster and Think Tank Belt. The interior has multiple heavily padded removable dividers that can be made to fit just about anything. The extendable handle is of the two stage type and seems to fit me just right. It also has two carry handles for carrying up-right or horizontally.
Bottom line: I think all these rolling cases are way over priced but I guess the price is small compared to what they protect and thats where I believe the Tamrac 692 LP2 really shines. It's solid liners give an extra barrier against even sharp objects that may come into contact with the outside keeping your photo gear safe and sound. I have two other Tamrac cases and the quality of materials and over-all construction is first rate. I've looked at other major brands but never saw anything that caused me to believe they where any better then or in some instances as good as the cases I own by Tamrac.

I purchased a LowePro Pro Roller bag as well as a Tenba roller bag before deciding to spend the extra money on this one, and I wish I had just bought this bag in the first place. It's the perfect size, it's solid, well built, has good styling, and nice features. Just the right size to keep as a carry-on on flights too. I love it.

I needed a new bag for work that would hold many cameras. I talked to the rep. at B and H and he went through all my needs and helped me to make a good choice. I wish the outside pocket opened all the way. It would also be nice to have an extra outside pocket to grab business cards, etc. I had this on my old bag.

I use this bag solely for flying. Day to day this guy's bigger brother is the bag for me. This bag is perfect for what I need to carry with me on a plane or train. I use this in conjunction with a shoulder bag as my two carry-on pieces and get my whole kit on the plane with me.
It's packed to the hilt but I can fit one 5D, a 70-200 (2.8), 16-35 (2.8), 50mm macro, two flash heads, pocket wizards, AA batteries, chargers & cables. It's too small to keep the hoods on the lenses however. So the have to get packed on top with the fear of them breaking...
Basically does what I need it to do... let's me carry all my essentials on board... with the shoulder bag. If you want to fit everything in one bag I suggest something larger.

I love this thing! It has plenty of room to expand and is completely customizable. I store my Nikon D300, SB800, 18-200mm, 70-300mm, 105mm, 50mm, and Tamron 17-50mm, with PLENTY of room to grow! Highly recommend.
