It works great. It holds my Speedotron and Alien Bee heads with no problem. I just think it is way overpriced for a little piece of metal.

Adapts to the 74inch Octa very easily and allows me to use Dynalites, Hensels and other lights on it.
Seems sturdy and holds my lights in place.
Wish it was longer so that I could attach a second light in reverse position as well.
I feel that it really shouldn't be this expensive. It's odd to receive a tiny piece of metal and a couple of screws for so much money...
