I use this is my general B&W film for well-lit conditions and for long exposures. It has favorable reciprocity characteristics, making it easy to calculate long exposures. Grain is tight and uniform and it doesn't seem picky about developers or developing technique. The emulsion is pretty sturdy and the film base is crystal clear, making handling and scanning a breeze.

I've been using this film forever, and its won me multiple contests! Its not as prone to light leaks as some of the other 120 black and white film, and the 100 speed works perfectly with a Holga GCFN. And its one of the cheapest. Can't beat that!

This film exhibits excellent grain structure and responds well to a number of different developers.
It provides a high degree of enlargement without sacrificing image quality. I use this film in medium format(Rollei and Hasselblad)for all of my art work and find no need to carry the large format camera in the field to achieve the results that I am after.

When I first tried this film I only bought it because it was all I could get, when I made a print from it I wished that I had shot my whole seties with it. THis film will surprise you!
The price was right, I was a little worried about how the films would travel all the way to Adelaide but they arrived post-haste and in top condition, I really can say nothing but good!

As one lamenting the loss of Agfapan 100, I've been looking for a good substitute in 120 format. Acros 100 comes very close. It is different but it provides full range, easy-to-print negatives. I soup it in Rodinal (Adonal) 1:100 for 18 minutes with careful agitation. The film is sensitive to agitation so don't overdo it.
I have yet to explore over- or under-development, but I think these will work well. In any case the effect will likely be subtle, which is an advantage. Like any film, it requires testing in your darkroom.

I have been using Fuij film for the last few years and have been impressed with the quality. I used Kodak Plus-X out of habit and beacuse of the outstanding results...... The discontinuation of Plus-X forced me to look for a new film & developer combination. I LOVE the Fuji Neopan Acros 120 Professional B&W Film, nice tight grain and beautiful modulation of tones! It exceeded my expectations! Try using either D-76 1:1 or better yet HC-110 as a developer.

I absolutely love this film. It's contrasty, but not overly so, has beautiful midtones, handles mixed lighting wonderfully, and scans very well. I usually develop in Diafine and shoot it at 125. It's wonderful! My go-to B&W low speed film.
