I bought 2 2-packs of these, not realizing that the cutter came with one mounted and one spare, but for the pittance I spent on them I'm happy.
They come in a plastic container that protects your fingers, and are easy to change. The cutter comes with a neat little round plastic box with one of these and one perforating blade (see my review of that), and ALL of the blades -- the 2 that came with the cutter AND the extra 8 I bought -- fit in the box, which nestles in the onboard storage compartment.

simply put, these are the same as the standard blades that come with the original heavy duty cutters. Worked out fine.
