This is a must with your RT-200 12" Professional Rotary Trimmer,a item very hard to find at the price B&H sales it for. To keep a fresh one in your cutter it is a must...It goes in you RT-200 cutter and this is what the blade touches when it cuts.You really getting to at once,it has to sides,just take it out and turn it over also you can fix your blade and have two more sides to use.

Keep your cut edges straight and clean! Replace your mat when replacing your blade.
If you use a fancy edge blade use a different mat with it. Keep your straight cuts straight.

I work at a Hotel and we use the cutter for everything from cutting out hotel coupons for in-house use, to trimming off pictures to fit in speacial frames. The gamut. Couldn't work without it.
When we lost the cutting mat, we were in limbo...and back to using scissors to cut things... like 1,000 coupons a day during a special.
The mat came and wow...like a long lost friend is back. Everybody is smiling again... I can't make them use scissors any more!

This mat goes a long way since it's double-sided.
Once, one side has been worn due to continuous cuts, you can flip it over and proceed as usual.
You can get many, many cuts before one side gets worn out. It's a great product.

I love the mats and find I only need to change the mat not the blade to get nice clean, sharp cuts. I also turn my mats and use all 4 sides. It works wonders.
