Hoya 39mm 4x Cross Screen Star Effect Glass Filter
Hoya 39 mm Cross Screen Glass filters have a surface that is etched with a fine grid pattern. Depending on the pattern, point light sources and reflections create multi-beam stars.
Hoya's Star 4 Cross Screen is designed so that a 4-point star is created from point light sources and reflections.
- The effect is produced by a series of thin lines etched into the flat optical surface of a clear filter
- Exciting and dazzling star effects generated from original point or reflected light sources with the added glitter and sparkle of these exclusive, natural looking asymmetrical designs and shapes
- Great for water scenes, candle flames, street lights, and more
- As one of the premier filter manufacturers, Hoya filters continue to made from quality glass assuring the photographer clear, sharp and accurate images
- Hoya filters consistently provide even color all the way through the filter; All surfaces are ground and polished to specific thickness and tolerances
- Even non-multi-coated Hoya filters have one layer of anti-reflective coating applied to each surface of the glass; Hoya's single layer coating decreases light reflection off the surface from approx. 9% to an average of 4-5%
