Matthews Minigrip Mounting Kit
The Matthews Minigrip Kit consists of four 2" MiniGrip Heads with 3/8 and 5/8" mounting holes, two Mini Matthellini Clamps, and two 20" arms.
The Minigrip Kit can be used with camera attachments and other accessories as well as lighting equipment. These miniature tools are ideal for tabletop photography, car interiors, and otherwise confined areas.
The Minigrip Kit packs up into its own carrying bag.

Super lightweight, but sturdy. I use them to mount small LED lights or 150 watt lights to stands. Also good for lightweight audio mounting. Great for travel, because they weight almost nothing. Don't expect to mount heavy gear on them.

A great addition to our Arri D4 light kit. We have used the minigrips on three shoots so far and they are quite versitile with the Mathews Road Rags and our Arri light stands. Strong enough to also hold our boom pole.

I bought 2 of these kits for special mounting of small cameras. When I opened the package it struck me how light the gear was, but then how strong it all seemed! It held up great during our shoot!
The only thing that made me a bit weary was the "plasticky" feel of some of the parts, however, the seemed strong in use, so I will hold my critisism...

Flying with grip, lighting, and camera gear has gotten so expensive that I look for ways to cut weight w/out losing capabilities. Because these are so much lighter than the 2 Superclamps, 4 Grip Heads, and/or 2 short Grip Arms that they replace, the weight/cost saved is amazing, not to mention, they're smaller and take up less room in a case.
