used to sort old slides. Had some ;problems with slides getting stuck in the viewer. Helped with just looking thru them and trying to eliminate some.

This is a product of very poor quality .The mechanism that makes the slide fall into the slide catching tray at the bottom does not work at all. The slides get stuck inside all the time and it is hard to get them out.
The lamp is a piddly totally inadequate little tube that hardly lights up the screen so the slide is dark and only a small portion is lighted up

I found this product difficult to use. The slides went in easily, but often got stuck, requiring that I shake the unit to get them out. After trying the first 10 or so slides, I gave up and decided to return it and try something else.

2/3 of the slides fail to drop out when the ejection button is depressed. So, you have to stop and shake the viewer or poke something into the slot to make the slide fall out. This is very, very annoying.
