The R21 dynamic handheld microphone features a tight Cardioid pickup pattern for maximum gain before feedback, a Dual Stage Windscreen, heavy gauge mesh and anti-dent ring for enhanced protection and gold plated XLR pins assuring positive connetivity. The Samson R21 utilizes state-of-the-art microphone technology and is engineered to the finest detail.

I would have given 5 stars for this product. They have a great pick up element and I can't believe you can get such great quality at such a price. The clips that come with them however don't fit on a typical mic stand.Not sure why.

Not much to say other than it has a decent plastic case for the road with mic clips. Certainly not going to break the bank for three mics that will be abused by open mic gigs and karaoke shows. Solid and fairly rugged, they dont have a lot of weight to them but the sound is decent with a bit of minor EQ.

I use these for Live performance, recording, and Omni directional mics for video production.
They are well built and are very clear.
The only problem is that they are very sensitive, they pick up every single sound, from the crewman whispering in the back to footsteps(depending on the mic stand) they work as a handheld mic ONLY if the gain is WAY down, and you have to be close to the mic, to avoid the sounds of moving the mic and cable, it works fine as a PA mic in that sense.

I needed to replace some beaten up old house mic's for a club that gets loads of visiting bands, I have now bought two sets, they sound great and the bands like the sound, and I don't care at this price if they get smashed
