Being a small independent "A/V Studio", I'm limited in resources to acquire needed equipment. Recently, a friend loaned me a Cartoni Fluid Head Tripod (with no Bar Arm). I've 'googled' & search for months. Finally, I remember how B & H Photo ALWAYS has provided online & onphone assistance in all my A/V needs. So, I contacted them, they had it in stock at a Very Reasonable Price (I was surprised I wasn't a victim of 'supply & demand pricing due to the scarcity of finding the bar arm). I paid with PayPal & was using my Tripod & Jib within three days of contacting B&H Photo Video. I'm very pleased with the bar arm & can now broaden the services I offer due to this 'arm' I needed for the tripod support for my 'jib'. BRAVO! And Thanks B & H! - Showtime Specialties, Ada,OK
