This elevation unit, suitable for heavy-duty tripods, combines the height range advantages of a standard pedestal, with low cost and robustness. Simply adjust the height of the column by turning the elevation crank, which is very smooth to operate, and the tripod will be further extended.
Weighing around 9 lbs, it features a maximum elevation height and can be easily mounted on the top of any existing platform featuring the 4-holes bore.
An ergonomic orientable locking lever firmly secures the elevation column at its extended height, while a spirit level allows for the quick set up of the tripod on uneven surfaces.
