Comments about Manfrotto 557B Pro Video Monopod with 3272 Sliding Quick Release Plate:

Professional ENG crew, we shoot lots of Hollywood Red Carpet events. This a a great space and weight saver. The camera mount is just right for full sized cameras, leg locks are smooth and secure. Great value for the money. I recommend highly.

Comments about Manfrotto 557B Pro Video Monopod with 3272 Sliding Quick Release Plate:

The only thing I would like to see changed is the rubber foot. It moves too much and makes noise. I had to remove the rubber foot because when you place the monopod on the floor, the foot moves about a half inch making the camera jerk downward. I used tape on the ball end and was able to complete the shoot. It has a spike on the end as well for outdoor shooting. Some type of rubber tip would work better than what they have now.
