Porta Brace BP-3 Waist Belt Production Pack - for Camcorder Batteries, Tapes and Accessories (Blue)
The Porta Brace BP-3 Waist Belt Production Pack (Blue) holds batteries, spare cassettes, lens tissue, pens and lavalier microphones. It has two pouches with heavy-duty zippers. The specialized belt which holds the two pouches in place is equipped with a quick-release buckle. This case will carry small professional camcorders with accessories. The pack includes a support strap for extra-heavy loads.
The large pouch has three exterior pockets that hold slim battery, tapes and markers. It has a retractable divider for making one long pocket or two small ones, and two end pockets for cell phones and similar sized accessories.
The small pouch easily holds a brick battery in the main compartment and a beta tape in the outside pocket. It has an internal frame to support heavy loads. The small pouch has two end pockets and a front pocket with slip pocket covered by a touch fastener flap.

As a former news photographer, I know if you don't have it with you, you can't use it. So right after the camera,tripod,camera batteries, stick mic., Lav mic.,cables,spare tapes,batteries,wireless mic transmitter Leather-man, Gaffers tape,Skittles,pens,paper,labels,PDA,& flashlight. The next thing you need is a bag to put them in.When I saw the price of the PB-3 I was kinda shocked, I think I paid $100 for my last Porta Brace bag about 10 years ago. so I begrudgingly paid [$] for this new one. [...] I looked it over & found it was nothing like my old bag. The Zippers are heavier duty, The design looks the same but inside there are customized pockets for all your stuff, I was looking for an instruction sheet explaining all the pockets. there is even a LED light strip in the pocket for finding things at night & it flips out like a safety flasher, so you can be seen at night.or at least know that whoever ran you over meant to. so in closing... The belt pack is FANTASTIC! the only thing I can think of, that I would change or modify is the fact that the equipment pouches are not locked into position on the belt. Still, I am very happy with my purchase.
