Comments about Hakuba Mono Pod 10 (Blue):
While this may not be the most robust monopod out there it serves a specific purpose well: it's light, compact and fits in almost any bag. I was originally attracted to it because of it's size and use it for travel and hiking. It's just what I need to help steady the 40-200 lens on my Panasonic G2. ANd it serves as a tabletop tripod if the occasion calls for it.
This said it may not be stable enough for a full size SLR 'tho I haven't tried it with one.

Comments about Hakuba Mono Pod 10 (Blue):
Great size, easy to tote around. Good table tri pod and always helpful to have a mono pod. Good for the price, does feel a bit fragile when you make it a mono pod.

Comments about Hakuba Mono Pod 10 (Blue):
Of course, most of us have a tripod and/or mono-pod but carrying them everywhere is such pain. This one is light weight and I could attach my small trip camera bag easily. It's not heavy duty construction (indeed VERY flimsy) but it's better than hand held especially slow shutter speed with long lens. I just use it for casual shot with my sub cameras.
