Wimberley Sidekick Shifter Plate - Provides 3/4" Offset Between Sidekick and Ball Head
When using some large lenses in combination with the Sidekick (such as a 400mm f/2.8 or 600mm f/4), it is necessary to use the Sidekick Shifter to adjust the lens position so that the center of the lens is once again over the rotation axis of the tripod. This provides better support and vibration reduction.
