The Manfrotto 357LONG Pro Video Quick Release Plate is extra long to facilitate perfect balance for superior camera handling when using heavy lenses or oversized batteries with the 3274 (316), 3147 (510) and 516 Fluid Heads. It fits Manfrotto's RC3 quick-release system.

I use it to mount two SLR cameras on one tripod with some customizations. It works fine, but it's a little bit too short for large distance stereoscopic photography. I'v given it more uses attaching my camera/s to different supports.
