This Avenger A2033L Century Stand is constructed of chrome steel. It features one sliding leg, which allows the stand to adapt to uneven terrain such as stairs or hillsides. This feature provides optimum support of your light heads, reflectors or gobos.

Great for uneven ground....it is one heavy stand. Probably will make it harder to fall over in the wind...I think it is the solution I have been looking for....

I use this stand for studio and location shoots. I like that there is an adjustable leg for inclines or steps. It is a heavy stand for dragging to locations. However, it's well worth it to me because I use diffusers with flash and this thing goes NOWHERE. I love this stand and is even sturdy at full height.
