Comments about Epson Double Sided Matte Paper 8.5x11" - 50 Sheets:
This paper yields outstanding colors on both sides which makes it perfect for colorful images and text. You can layout two greeting cards per sheet, then after printing both sides you cut them apart across the 8.5" dimension. It helps to have an image manipulation program, such as Photoshop Elements, to provide layout guides and rotate the sheet for 'upside down' text.
First print the side which uses the least ink to keep the sheet as flat as possible for the second pass through the printer. Practice with letter paper to be sure you have everything right side up on the inside and outside of the finished card. Use a paper knife or rotary cutter to separate the two finished cards. Fold each card in half, and they are a perfect fit in Invitation Envelopes [4-3/8" x 5-3/4"]. You can print addresses directly on the envelopes with your printer to show you care enough to do a thorough job. Again, cut some letter paper to envelope size to make sure you have the addresses positioned properly. To produce one or a few addressed envelopes, sometimes it is easier use Photoshop to define the envelope size and place the addresses, then print envelope(s)from Photoshop.
Images of both sides of a finished sheet are included here, and helpful positioning guides are shown.

Comments about Epson Double Sided Matte Paper 8.5x11" - 50 Sheets:
This paper is a good value from Epson. I have used it for years. My Calendars have a professional art look to them that I want to display my underwater photos. I noticed Epson has improved the paper by making it slightly heavier. This is good for the feel of the paper. However the heavier stock is causing my printer to jam or misfeed. This is not good as it wastes paper and expensive ink. I think most of the problem is due to the printer being old and has printed a lot of paper. I plan to get a new printer soon and that should take care of the problem.

Comments about Epson Double Sided Matte Paper 8.5x11" - 50 Sheets:
I used this paper to create a double sided booklet for my photographs and it really didn't look great for color. All my vibrant images looked dull, but I have seen it used for black and white images and I strongly recommend it for black and white photographs.

Comments about Epson Double Sided Matte Paper 8.5x11" - 50 Sheets:
I use the Epson Double Sided Matte Paper to print all my blank art cards, and or Greeting cards. The difference between single sided and double sided is the surface. What i mean is if you only have a single sided, you fold it in half like a greeting card. Then the inside is slightly duller than the outside. This is why i only use the double sided for my art cards. This paper is thick like a greeting card. The surface is so smooth. The print quality is better than any of the glossy papers. If you print solid black, it is deeper and darker black than any other paper!
However this paper is not as archival and not waterproof(because it is a paper and not a glossy paper).

Comments about Epson Double Sided Matte Paper 8.5x11" - 50 Sheets:
I have been using Epson's double-sided matte for years in books wee self-publish in limited editions of 125 each. Over the years the paper, when used with our Epson Stylus Pro 4880 printer, has been consistent and never disappoints. Not perfect, but consistent and dependable.

I am a photographer and this is my paper of choice for any marketing and pricing materials. Heavyweight enough that it feels nice - light enough that it does not eat the storage space too quickly :) Very good color and detail.

Comments about Epson Double Sided Matte Paper 8.5x11" - 50 Sheets:
I use the Epson matte paper for proofing color and BW fine art prints, printing double sided photo album pages and for greeting cards. I give it 5 stars mainly because it is so doggone cost effective. With the standard Epson downloaded profile on my SPR2400, colors are accurate with good detail. Shadow detail is missing with R=G=B values less than 25, but that might be helped by tuning the ink configuration a little bit. White is not the brightest, but good enough - especially at this price. And surface texture is very smooth. Dot gain is minimal for fine detail. I use a fair amount of this paper. It also takes well to a Canon 4 ink printer using the std printer color management.

I use this all the time for cards. I can print on both sides with my Epson R1800 and it does not show through to the other side. It's pretty heavy and makes for a very professional looking card.

I use the Epson Double Sided Matte paper with my Epson Photo R200 printer for my DVD Case inserts. I made a custom template in PhotoShop Elements, and cut them to size.
The inserts allow me to add more marketing information about my company than just putting my business card in the case.

Comments about Epson Double Sided Matte Paper 8.5x11" - 50 Sheets:
I'm in Real Estate and when it comes to producing a quality result, this double sided matte paper is wonderful! I make my own real estate flyers with professional photographic equipment I also bought from B&H. This allows me to save ALOT of money on marketing expenses. Here is an example of a flyer I made. [...]This presentation paper shows it off. I can afford to place these flyers inside and outside the home. Due to high costs, most agents place black and white copied flyers on the outside in a flyer box on the sign. I can afford to place these high quality flyers outside in the flyer box. This is also going to make me stand out above my competition and better present the property to potential buyers and nearby sellers. Remember, You Don't Get a Second Chance to Make a First Impression. B&H and Epson abide by this rule. That's why I'm a repeat customer over and over again! This paper is also good for Kids School Presentations!DeeDee G.

This is great for making double-sided prints -- colors don't bleed through, or run. Only problem I've ever seen is that some people think 1 page is actually 2 pages because the pages are so thick.

Very good quality. Prints double sided with no show through or bleeding. I use it for greeting cards and for printing tutorials which are later comb bound so they open flat and stay rigid with minimum bending. Photos are excellent quality and text is sharp and clear.
