The TVone AVT-3160 is a scan conversion device that inputs a computer generated video signal up to 1024x768. It outputs a standard resolution composite and Y/C signal in NTSC or PAL television standard. It works very well for computer generated presentations.
The flicker filter works to eliminate interlace flicker without resolution loss.
The zoom function allows a portion of the image to be enlarged to fill the video screen.
The pan feature allows the user to move any zoomed image to a different area of the screen.
A frame of the moving image can be captured and frozen for special effects or image manipulation.
