I use the product in my upper level photography class at the college I attend.

What I like about this film is that it's easy to use and develop and the contrast is very good. The grain is also good.

What I don't like about it is that it's easily scratched.

I am very confident in the quality of Ilford film, and I always use it. I accidentally purchased this 24 exp. film, when I meant to buy 36 exp, but the film is still great! Just make sure you pay attention! Haha

I am currently using this film for my Intro to Photo: Black and White class at Philadelphia University. I haven't had any problems with this film. It's easy to load/unload from my camera and always creates great prints. I would buy this product again.

This is my favorite film. I use it in a 35 mm Pentax Camera from the 60's and it's great. This is the only kind I buy, because it has awesome sharpness and contrast.

I love the slower speed Ilford films, but when I want something a little faster, their Delta-400 Professional is what I reach for. It's a super-fine grain B&W film that enlarges with no real distortion or increase in grain. Clear, crisp and sharp with excellent tonal range and the speed to use in almost any application.

I've been using Ilford Delta 400 B&W film for my entire photography experience, but I've previously had to be very stingy with my photo-taking, because the film is so expensive. Not anymore! B&H's price is fantastic, and now I can take all the photos I want!

I am a student in Photography and I use this film all the time. I have used this film in almost every lighting situation. I have found that this film works really well with slow shutter speeds. However, I took some portraits one afternoon and they came out really grainy. I was using old darkroom equipment and a stock solution of D76 development so that may have had something to do with the grain. Either way, I am not a portrait photographer so that did not bother me too much. Overall a great film. I highly recommend it.

I am a semi-pro photographer, using this for my own art and for professional uses and I always use this film. It is excellent, reliable, and has great tonal ranges. It is also a very forgiving film. When first learning how to develop it was very forgiving, allowing a variety of developing times to work as well as the negatives are easy to work with as well.

This product is easy to develop and the pictures come out clean and with great contrast. The only suggestion I have is to buy the 36 exposure of this type of film, because you go through the 24 quickly.

been very please with this film, use it for a balloon glow that got cancel because of winds, but went out and had good results with what i had shot.
