Comments about Ilford FP4 Plus 35mm 100' Roll Black & White Print Film (ISO-125):
Love the properties and qualities of this film, and since Plux-X is non-existent or hard to find anymore this is a perfect alternative. The thing I HATE about my most recent purchase of this film is the packaging. There's no can of any kind, the film is simply packaged loose inside a black plastic bag, like that you'd get paper in. Unfortunately, the bag isn't sealed in ANY way, and if you're not careful you can easily drop the roll right out of the bag ruining the whole roll. Come on, GIVE US A CAN, or at least seal the bag with some tape.

FP4 is a classic "slow" (by modern standards) BW film that is really versatile and totally consistent.

Good tonal range . This is a good all around film for me . I usually shoot it at iso 100 and achieve good results with hc-110 .

Comments about Ilford FP4 Plus 35mm 100' Roll Black & White Print Film (ISO-125):
My film of preference when shooting in the sun. It really comes to life when you have enough light and shadow, recording fantastic amounts of detail in both shadows and highlights, with a very pleasant mid-tones in between.
For overcast and lower light shooting I prefer HP5+.
