Comments about Ilford FP4 Plus 5x7" 25 Sheets Black & White Print Film (ISO-125):
I don`t feel very qualified to rate a product as well reputed as this but I changed to Ilford FP4 plus to see if the problems I was having with cheaper black and white films were from the producers quality control.
I have had less problems with this Ilford product....less dust spots for a start and less (but not eliminated) developing marks. Of course these problems may be less frequent as I gain expearience so I shall continue to use Ilfords competitors film (if only to keep competition strong and healthy)along side this well proven emulsion.

Comments about Ilford FP4 Plus 5x7" 25 Sheets Black & White Print Film (ISO-125):
I am using this for landscape and architectural photography.
It's a very forgiving film with a short learning curve. Displays fine grain and good tonal range.
Dislikes: every 8th or 9th sheet seems to have pinholes in the emulsion.

Comments about Ilford FP4 Plus 5x7" 25 Sheets Black & White Print Film (ISO-125):
Ilford FP4+ is my first choice when I have plenty of light for exterior photography and when I am working in the studio shooting portraits. My developer choice for this film is either Pyro PMK or Pyrocat MC using a Jobo processor or tray development. The film scans very well and with the above mentioned developers works great for handmade alternative processes like platinum, albumen and kallitype. I would suggest lowering the exposure index for obtaining optimum results.
