I use this product to shoot wedding action. It is small, lightweight and does a job as well as diffusers costing three times the amount.

Comments about Nikon SW-10H Wide Angle Flash Adapter (Diffusion Dome):
This isn't the most expensive defuser on the market, but still one of the best. It doesn't inflate or swivel, but it does get the job done. You can't go wrong for the money. In fact, I bought 2 in order to have a spare.

Fits perfect, snug, no wobble and produces soft lighting especially when bounced. Made by Nikon - replaces lost diffusion dome that came with SB800 flash.

Comments about Nikon SW-10H Wide Angle Flash Adapter (Diffusion Dome):
If your checking out this product your probably looking to replace the original diffusion dome that came with your nikon flash. I lost mine doing a wedding and although I don't use it as much as I used to (someone gave me a Gary fong lightsphere and I like the results better) I still like to keep it on my sb800 to protect the head when it's in my camera bag and when I don't want Something that resembles a piece of tuperware sitting on top of my flash.

i tried replacing my lost diffusion domes w/ the stoffens, but they don't work as well. They always seem to fall off. This stays on and works great!

B&H insists that I review this purchase. I bought 2 domes to replace 2 that I lost. They are exactly the same as the Nikon domes that came with the flash. There... I wrote a review.

Comments about Nikon SW-10H Wide Angle Flash Adapter (Diffusion Dome):
I had lost some diffusers that came specifically with the some SB-800's when purchased. These are the exact diffusers that replace those. They fit perfectly and take care of business! Will purchase again if necessary.

Comments about Nikon SW-10H Wide Angle Flash Adapter (Diffusion Dome):
This dome fits perfectly on my flash. It's a convenient, compact way to diffuse/ soften what otherwise would be harsh flash lighting. It's lightweight, yet durable, and doesn't add any noticeable weight to the camera bag. Of course, it's no substitute for studio lighting or larger umbrellas which provide better diffusion, but for event photography it is a great solution. Doesn't stick out too far and block other photographer's shots, either, like other flash attachments can.

Is made to trigger the sensor, not like the other domes made by second parties. This works as intended and works great.

Comments about Nikon SW-10H Wide Angle Flash Adapter (Diffusion Dome):
I bought this one from B&H as a replacement after losing one of the diffusers for one of my SB800s on an engagement shoot. I use the Nikon diffuser when I don't use a Gary Fong Lightsphere II (which is probably more than Gary Fong would like). The Lightsphere II is also available at B&H. In addition to "spreading the light" for wide angle shots (its original purpose), the Nikon is just a great general diffuser that I like to use aimed straight up for fill.

Comments about Nikon SW-10H Wide Angle Flash Adapter (Diffusion Dome):
When I lost the original one I got a couple off-brand replacements.. They didn't fit correctly, lost one tossed the other, didn't want to bother even using it my mistake. The SW-10H saves my having to use the built in one which can sve its wear-and-tear.
