    The Shure PG56 is a compact, cost effective drum microphone with a tailored frequency response designed for capturing drums, percussion and amplifier cabinets. The PG56 features a cardioid polar pattern which enhances pick up at the front of the microphone while minimizing ambiance and noise at the sides.

    The dynamic element features a neodymium magnet for the highest possible output with low noise floor and distortion. An internal shock mount protects the element and further reduces structure born noise. It's 50Hz to 15kHz frequency response will accentuate the tonal quality of snare drums and toms without low frequency noise and rumble. The microphone is capable of reproducing high sound pressure levels without distorting and an integral stand mount allows easy microphone placement and positioning.

    The Shure PG52 is a cost effective kick drum microphone designed for recording or live sound applications. The microphone features a dynamic capsule, able to withstand high sound pressure levels, resulting in a high tolerance for peaking audio signals without distortion. The 30Hz to 13kHz frequency response is specifically tailored to accentuate the sonic response of kick drums. The cartridge includes a neodymium magnet which enables high output levels. The high output enables greater signal to noise ratio. The cardioid polar pattern is effective in minimizing off-axis noise and ambiance. The cartridge is fixed on an internal shock mount for added protection against handling and structure noise. An integral stand mount allows easy mounting and a 15-foot XLR cable is supplied.
