This bag feels strong! I have it full of stands...some as long as 50". Big and sturdy

Comments about Lightware C6150 Stand Sack:
No inner padding - this was made to store stands that can take a beating. I wouldn't recommend using it to store your tripod.
Very large and can hold a lot of stands.
Strap makes it good to haul around short distances, but not something you would use if you're constantly on the move.

Comments about Lightware C6150 Stand Sack:
I use this to carry two lightstands with mono lights mounted, a 3rd lightstand and a boom arm. All fit comfortably and it's easy to carry. I've had the bag a couple of years and it's held up very well. No defects.
It's not padded so you should use it for durable items only.

Comments about Lightware C6150 Stand Sack:
Great design. Roomy enough for 8 or so medium duty stands with 1 inch diameter aluminum legs. You could probably fit more pick stands in the bag than what the handles could handle. Zipper is sturdy enough, and straps are very sturdy. All around good stand bag. Although, because it doesn't have two zippers, I wouldn't fly with it.

Huge size, sturdy heavy fabric, great reinforced bottom, wonderfully industrial zipper. Extremely light when empty and easily folds/crumples to store out of sight in small places. Worth every penny!

I have brought many stand bags in the past, but I always couldn't fit enough stands in them. This Lightware stand bag is perfect solution to my problem. This bag was cheap, fits a LOT of stands in it and its all in one bag. Best value stand bag I have ever brought.

Typical Lightware quality, great price, bought for carrying my Elinchrom Octabank and it's perfect for that, plus room for a few other sundries. Highly recommended for carrying anything!

Simple, yet perfect for the task. Plenty of room, with an extra beefy full-length zipper that makes adding equipment very easy. I wanted a very simple bag for transporting and storing unused stands and this works perfectly.

I bought this sack as it is one of the only ready made cases that can be used to store the base of a full sized boom stand. The sack is simple and well made and the bottom is reinforced.

Comments about Lightware C6150 Stand Sack:
I got this sack for location work primarily because I have a set of longer-than-normal light stands. They fit perfectly in the sack, with plenty of room for umbrellas. The zipper is sturdy: a real plus for me since my last light stand bag's "self-healing" zipper...wasn't.
I love the simple, high-quality construction of the sack. Lightware comes through!
My only thought for improvement would be to add a pocket or two for smaller items, but the sack works so well as it is that that is a minor cavil.

Comments about Lightware C6150 Stand Sack:
Seems like a really sturdy sack. I'm a daily photojournalist and do a lot of on-location small-systems lighting. I carry two large light stands, pocket wizards and strobes inside the bag. The canvas is nice and thick and the zipper is also ready for work. The only complaint so far is using the straps in a backpack-like fashion. Although in the ad it states this as a carrying option, it leaves a lot to be desired. Plastic rings, albeit sturdy, poke into my back. Not excruciatingly painful, but annoying as I'm also usually carrying a camera over each shoulder and am wearing an equipment belt and holding a step-stool in my other hand.
